Vancouver is proud to play host to a thriving community of mobile food vendors, and these eateries will be showcased during an upcoming festival.
The square outside of the Vancouver Art Gallery will be transformed into a huge outdoor dining area during the Street Food City festival. Its scheduled run time is eight days, and admission is free.
During the festival, the public will be able to treat themselves to a variety of dishes served by the city’s community of mobile food service vendors. As they will be in one central location, it will be convenient for people to support these small businesses, and with tented tables available, the function is set to be a picnic-style activity that the whole family can enjoy.
Destination Vancouver, the Downtown Vancouver BIA and the Street Food Vancouver Society have joined forces to host this annual celebration, and this will be its 10th year. Vendors who plan on being part of a gathering of food trucks may want to have a new vehicle wrap installed so it will be in top form, and these can be both prepared and installed by a printing services provider.
The 2022 instalment of the Street Food City culinary festival will run from January 15th to January 23rd. Further details about the gathering, including its daily schedule, can be found on its web listing.
