Shredding sensitive documents can be a simple step in household security, and Vancouver residents will be able to access this service at a Vancouver venue.
The Hastings Sunrises CPC Shredding Day will see a mobile unit set up in the Hastings Sunrise parking lot on its scheduled date. The service will be available for three hours, and anyone who has questions about what will and will not be accepted can call 604-727-3584.
Those who would like to take advantage of the offer can bring the items boxed for shredding, and the suggested donation for the function is $10.00 per box. RecordXpress will do the shredding, and the monies raised during the activity will be donated to the Hastings Sunrise Community Policing Centre. All the documents will be securely destroyed and disposed of, and anyone interested can stop by between 10:00 am and 1:00 pm.
