The West Coast Modern League will be hosting the Modernism In Context discussion in Vancouver next month.
As a local non-profit organization, the West Coast Modern League aims to increase the understanding of modern architecture in the West Coast Area. The West Coast Modern League uses its passion for urbanism and architecture to support and discuss modernism through events such as discussions and meetups.
In partnership with the West Coast Vancouver Art Museum, the West Coast Modern League will be holding the Modernism In Context talk. This event will be a panel discussion that centres on modern design and architecture in British Columbia. The event will feature design professionals who will be panellists for the discussion. Poster printing enables the organizers of such events to produce promotional materials that announce details through vivid designs and bold lettering.
Anyone with an interest in modernism is welcome to join the panel. To register for the event, participants can purchase admission by donation rather than a fixed price. The recommended donation amount is $5 to $10 per person. Proceeds from the discussion help fund the West Coast Modern League and its future events and projects.
The West Coast Modernism In Context panel discussion will take place at The Polygon Gallery on Tuesday, July 5 from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
