Surrey to see return of illuminated spectacle

All year long, Surrey's Bear Creek Park provides a place for the community to gather, and it will soon be the location for a special holiday spectacle.

The park will once again be hosting Bear Creek Lights, which has consistently proven to be a real crowd pleaser. While the tickets are free, they need to be reserved in advance, as this will aid the organizers in ensuring everything runs smoothly.

The park will be lit by lots of twinkling lights, and as they walk along, members of the public can enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The venue is accessible to those who require a mobility device, such a rollator or wheelchair, and the route follows a one-kilometre loop. On select nights, there will be food trucks parked on site, and each child that comes out needs to be accompanied by an adult. The ticket holders may bring along snacks if they wish.

Those planning a special event may find themselves in need of a variety of printing services. A professional Print shop can help, and can offer a full line of promotional materials.

Tickets for the 2023 Bear Creek Lights went on sale on October 11th, and the event will run from November 3rd to November 17th. In honour of Canada’s veterans and those lost to war, it will be closed for Remembrance Day.
