Surrey stylists offered spots in certification sessions
Surrey stylists who would like to take their skills to the next level have been invited to participate in a program offered by one of the industry’s leading product suppliers.
An instalment of the Redken Design Certification program will soon be on offer in the city, and it will take place at Holiday Inn Surrey East Cloverdale. It will include both a prep and an examination day, and the tuition fee is $650 or 227,500 C5A points.
On the first day, the registrants will work with a variety of Redken products and materials, and everyone will receive a study kit. This includes a Redken Product Guide, a Redken Design Certification Study Guide and Principle Based Manual, as well as a mannequin and clamp. Additional materials may also be distributed. The attendees are asked to bring shears, section clips, a water bottle, clean cutting combs and four salon towels.
On the second day, everyone will take their certification exam, and those who are successful will receive their Redken Design Certification. Organizers of workshops and other learning activities can order everything from training manuals to certificates of completion from area stationery printers.
The Redken Canada Design Certification will be offered starting on November 12th. The first day will begin at 12:30 pm. Tickets can be purchased on its Eventbrite listing.
