Surrey is scheduled to greet the upcoming winter holiday season with a special celebration, and the whole city is encouraged to join in the fun.
The community will be hosting its annual tree lighting festival, and pride of place will be given to a huge 60-foot tree that will be covered in twinkling lights. There is no cost to enjoy the festivities, and the fun will kick off with an assortment of themed activities.
