There are two upcoming holiday events in Surrey this December; one will help the less fortunate and the other will entertain the family.
The first event is the December Luncheon of the Cloverdale District Chamber of Commerce. This will be a great networking opportunity for area business leaders. In addition, donations will be collected for the Cloverdale Christmas Hamper program. The Chamber provides the hampers filled with items such as food, toiletries, and toys, although monetary donations will also be accepted.
Next, Surrey Museum will be celebrating a Very Vintage Christmas. This is a look back at how Christmas was celebrated in the 1950s and it will feature the music of Bing Crosby and Elvis Presley. There will also be retro holiday games and the opportunity for children to make their own decorations. Santa Claus will also be on hand to pose for pictures.
It's likely that many of those attending the Chamber luncheon will be investing in digital Business Cards in advance. There will be lots of chances to exchange cards and briefly discuss business.
The December Luncheon will be held at the Pacific Community Church on December 8 from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm. Tickets are $20 for Chamber members and $30 for non-members. Call 604-574-9802 to find out more.
The Very Vintage Christmas is taking place on December 9 from 1:00 - 4:00 PM. Admission is by donation. Call 604-592-6956 for the latest information.Get a Free Quote for Business Cards
