Surrey gardens offer salute to moms
A South Surrey green space is proud to boast one of the Lower Mainland’s collection of azaleas and rhododendrons, and it has a special salute to mothers in the works for this May.
Glades Woodland Garden will be treating moms to the beauty of its spring flowering bushes at its Mother's Day Weekend event, and it will be peak flowering time for the rhododendrons.
While the moms and their families in attendance stroll through the gardens, they can take in music supplied by a string trio. Light refreshments will be served by Insomniac's Coffee Co., and special mini photography sessions will be provided courtesy of Sombilon Studios. Admission for the activity is $8.75 each, and kids aged 12 and under may enter for free. Tickets need to be purchased ahead of time, as they will not be available on the day of the event.
Mother's Day events like this provide families with the chance to show mom how much she matters. A banner printing company can craft decor for such a special celebration, as well as themed promotional products to give to each attendee.
