Surrey couples invited to discover healing power of nature

Spending time among the trees can be very restorative, and Surrey’s Darts Hill Garden Park will provide the location for the upcoming Forest Walk for Couples.

This opportunity to discover the healing benefits of spending time in nature is on offer for Surrey couples, and it will run throughout a Saturday morning in early July. It will introduce them to the basics of forest therapy, and all adults are welcome.

The participants will engage in mindfulness activities, which will help them to unplug from the stress in their lives. Body awareness will be encouraged, and there will be a sharing circle as well. Along with all of this, the group will discover the science behind the practices they will learn, including how it can benefit their immune system and overall sense of wellbeing.

Those who register for this event are asked to be on site by no later than 9:00 am. A brochure printing company can supply handouts and other learning materials to give to each attendee in this type of activity, so it will be easier for them to keep practicing what they have learned once the function is over.

Darts Hill Garden Park will be offering this Forest Walk for Couples on July 3rd. Its website includes a registration link, as well as more details about the day.
