Surrey celebration to showcase area creatives

The Surrey area is home to some talented crafters and makers, and their skills will be on full display during a pop-up market that will open the holiday gift-buying season.

The Cloverdale Agriplex will soon see the Fall Handcrafted Expo showcase the works of over 130 area artisans. Admission is $5.00, and those aged 12 and under can enter free of charge.

The expo will give crafters and members of the public a chance to connect, and there will be other activities on offer as well. The attendees can have their picture taken with a friendly parrot, and the kids can flex their creative muscles in the colouring contest. Hot Dog Hill will be serving lunch, and there will be additional mobile food vendors on site. Early bird tickets will be on offer until September 11th.

Artist collectives and other collaborations often host pop-up markets, and they may find that using the services of professional Print shops offers lots of advantages. These shops can work with most budgets to provide promotional materials.

This chance to show some love to Surrey’s creative set will be on offer on September 30th. The doors will open at 10:00 am, and there will be a special line for those who purchase their tickets in advance. Additional details about this are available on the Eventbrite listing.
