Surrey shoppers will soon be showing some love to local merchants at an event that will showcase one of its neighbourhood's downtown areas.
Downtown Cloverdale, which is one of the neighbourhoods that makes up the larger city, will be hosting its Cloverdale Market Days, which are planned for three dates. The schedule kicks off in late July, and each session will run for five hours.
The celebration will see both pop-up and brick-and-mortar-style vendors participating, and the street it will take place on will be closed to vehicle traffic. At least 150 small businesses are expected to take part, and food trucks will also be rolling in.
Along with the rest of the fun, the function will boast entertainment such as strolling balloon twisters, face painters and buskers. The event is being hosted by the Cloverdale Arts and Entertainment Association.
A local event like this one can sometimes call for the services of a poster printing company. These businesses can prepare high-quality materials that grab and hold the reader's attention, and they are available at many price points.
The Cloverdale Market Days schedule opens on July 29th. The next instalment will be held on August 26th, and the final one is set for September 16th. Each will begin at 10:00 am and wrap up at 3:00 pm.
