The holiday season is often a magical time for kids, and thanks to an upcoming Surrey celebration, its youngsters will all have a reason to smile.
Late November will see the Magic of Christmas Toy Run welcome the public for its inaugural year, and Mainland Whisky has announced it is pleased to bring the fundraiser to the community. Those who register are asked to supply a new unwrapped toy, as these will be collected and distributed to local kids, and the more toys donated, the more can be given away.
It has been noted that gifts for older kids are especially in demand, and it has been requested that stuffed animals not to be donated. Those who register are encouraged to decorate their vehicles, and Santa will be on site to meet the event's younger guests and pose for photos. The adults will be offered a chance to sample Mainland whiskies, and proof of double vaccinations is required.
