Printing companies in Surrey, BC, will be on hand to help promote a homecoming concert for a local rapper who has had success at the recent Grammy awards. The locally based producer helped produce Eminem’s Grammy award winning song Recovery, voted Best Rap Album in celebrations this February.
Chin Injeti, singer-songwriter and producer, hails from Surrey and was part of the post-award celebrations, also frequented by Dre. Dre and Busta Rhymes. Injeti is also collaborating with both artists on future album releases.
Apart from all of the press coverage and assistance from printing companies in the Surrey, BC area, Injeti has been overwhelmed by the number of tweets his victory has received. Reporting to the Vancouver Sun, Injeti said, "I saw all the tweets and the mentions on the social networks from Vancouver," he said, "and I wished I could bring the whole city to L.A. to celebrate with me."
The Surrey BC and surrounding Vancouver area printing press has become increasingly interested in following Injeti’s life after the Grammy win put his success on the map. Injeti’s humble origins began when remained in a wheelchair until his teens.
Injeti’s former soul band Base is Bass, had previously earned him a Juno in the mid-1990’s prior to the win. In addition, he will also be opening for saxophone legend Maceo Parker, on February 25 at Vancouver’s Commodore Ballroom. Press coverage by printing companies in the Surrey BC and Vancouver area are expected to boost audience levels at the event.
