Both wet and dry needle felting can be used to create a variety of handmade projects, and an Easter-themed session is set to teach the fundamentals of these crafting techniques.
The staff at Muckabout Gift Gallery will soon be hosting a workshop that will introduce newbies to the art of felting, and this Surrey area event will give registrants an opportunity to create Easter eggs or another project of their choice. The materials will all be supplied, and the techniques taught can then be used by the attendees in the comfort of their own homes.
The instructors will teach skills such as colour blending, shaping and felting details, and there is no experience required. Anyone who is interested will be invited to purchase a take-home kit so they can keep on crafting, and tickets for the evening are available at a price of $54.06 each.
This sort of introductory workshop gives those who would like to try their hand at a new skill a way to do so. Labels, Packaging supplies and other materials that can make it easier for the organizers of this sort of function are available from local printing services.
