The 6th annual Gala of Light will take place at the Sheraton Guildford on November 17 from 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm. Tickets are $200 per person or $1,600 for a table of 10. Those who plan to stay overnight at the hotel can get a special package for an additional $101. Proceeds go to support NightShift Street Ministries.
The theme of the night will be ‘Swing the night away’ and it will feature a musical tribute to Michael Buble by Adam Lucas. The ticket price will also include dinner, dancing to the music of a 15-piece big band, and an auction. It is bound to be a fun evening for all that will help provide treatment and help for people who need it through a very worthwhile organization.
Local business will be donating items to the auction. Sponsorships of the event are also available from $2,000 - $5,000. Surrey business who are donating items or are sponsoring the event will likely be working with local printing companies to let their customers know about the worthwhile cause towards which they are donating.
NightShift Street Ministries provides services and programs for those suffering through homelessness and poverty. The organization supplies clothing, blankets, and personal care kits to people in need all year long. It also provides the Care Center for those who need a safe place to undergo recovery treatment.
