McDonald’s Canada awarded Kuldeep Singh, the manager of the McDonald’s restaurant in Surrey at Highway 10 and 152 Street, with the prestigious Outstanding Manager of the Year Award.
Singh’s achievements at his restaurant are what earned him this accolade. Some of his highlights include significantly contributing to building sales, guest satisfaction staff training and development, as well as playing key roles in the coordination of local marketing initiatives and the overall running of the restaurant and operations.
Singh has been the manager of this location for the past six years and says that he is “honoured to receive this award.”
The restaurant may celebrate this accomplishment with Posters hung throughout the location, which would likely require the support of a local printing company. There may be a need for graphic design support to design the posters as well.
The Outstanding Manager of the Year award is bestowed upon a group of elite managers across Canada each year for consistent, outstanding performance and is considered one of the company’s top honours.
McDonald’s prides itself on supporting youth career development and boasts impressive results, including that 90% of restaurant managers began as entry-level staff. Even the Canadian president and CEO, John Betts, worked behind the counter at a restaurant before transitioning into the corporate side of the business. Get a Free Quote for Posters
