The Small Business Advice-a-thon is taking place today (October 24th) in Surrey. It is hosted by the Benchmark Law Corporation.
The event is part of Small Business Month in the country. Attendees can choose to attend an unlimited number of 20-minute one-on-one sessions with a variety of experts. These are expected to include lawyers, accountants, web designers, marketing gurus, coaches, and financial experts. In addition, there will be several speakers and door prizes to be won.
The first 100 people who attend will receive a resource package that is expected to include helpful documents, money-saving coupons and Promotional Products from the various companies and individuals who will be on hand to provide advice.
In addition to offering much-needed tips, this event is also expected to be an excellent networking opportunity for the small businesses operating in the area. There will definitely be time to briefly discuss business, and to exchange Business Cards with others.
Surrey Stationery printers might have been approached to provide some of the printed materials, such as coupons, Flyers, and Brochures.
The Small Business Advice-a-thon is set to be held at the Guildford Golf and Country Club on October 24th from 10:00am - 4:00pm. Admission to the event is free of charge.
