The TRUE Penticton Experience Market will return for its 8th annual edition this April, aiming to promote local tourism and adventure businesses.
Standing for “Think Remarkable Unique Experiences”, the TRUE market will feature a trade floor full of leisure activities, restaurants, wineries, and travel destinations within the Okanagan Valley. There will be over 50 exhibitors, including oGo Float Therapy, the Summerland Waterfront Resort & Spa, Sparrow Scooters and Naramata Beach Wineries. Attendees can also sample food and drink samples, including craft beer and cider for adults. For younger visitors, there will be a scavenger hunt across the market area, and the chance to win prizes.
The market will also feature exclusive Visit Penticton merchandise for sale, with the tourism organization sponsoring the market. Local brands and organizations often use printing services to create memorable merch such as T-Shirts or hats. The market will also contain booths with information about upcoming events and opportunities in Penticton and the Okanagan Valley area, such as the Penticton Peach Festival. As a whole, the market aims to encourage people to support local attractions and leisure businesses.
