The Peach City Beach Cruise will be back in Penticton this June, bringing classic cars and entertainment with it.
The event encourages car buffs from across Western Canada and the Pacific Northwest to visit Penticton and show off their classic, exotic, rare and modified rides. Vehicle categories include decades ranging from the 1940s to 1990s, commercial vehicles, trucks, muscle cars and more. The best on show will receive trophies and prizes at the event’s closing ceremonies. Before that, there will be two day of live entertainment, including performances by DJ Frank Lyons, Marty and the Revival, and March Hare Variety, as well as tributes to musical artists like Elvis, Cars, Kenny Rogers and Rod Stewart.
The show will also feature a beverage garden and food truck. Participating cars will cruise down Penticton’s Main Street along Skaha Beach, on display for the whole city. There will also be a Fire Fighters Charity Pancake Breakfast to keep off Sunday morning.
Car shows like this are popular entertainment for gearheads and families alike, often using flyer printing, social media and other tools to get the local community involved. The Cruise also invents local car clubs and organizations to hold their own events as part of the weekend.
The 2025 Peach City Beach Cruise will take place from June 20 to 22 at Gyro Park in Penticton.
