Maple Ridge to host Chamber AGM

A Maple Ridge not-for-profit group has set the date for its Annual General Meeting (AGM), and its membership is on the guest list.

The Ridge Meadows Chamber of Commerce will be hosting its AGM later this month, and its membership and others who are interested are welcome to attend. It will provide an opportunity to learn more about the organization, its bylaws and vision for the future, and there may be a time to ask questions from the floor.

The function, which is slated for The Well Public House, will include food and beverages, and the attendees will be treated to a feast of gourmet burgers. There will be a retrospective of the past year and the group’s achievements, as well as its challenges and how it overcame them. There will be information shared about the Chamber’s financial health, and networking is on the agenda as well.

Tickets are $40.00 each, and a discount will be offered to Chamber members. Copies of a not-for-profit group’s Annual Report, proposed bylaw additions and amendments, and other documents that may be needed for such events can all be prepared by Stationery printers.

The Ridge Meadows Chamber of Commerce has scheduled its AGM for November 28th. The doors will open at 5:00 pm, and passes for the event may be purchased by visiting its website.
