Whether they attend on their own, with a friend or the person they love, a Maple Ridge market will have lots of fun in store for those who come out.
Coastal Wave Markets is set to welcome one and all for its Valentines/Galentine's Psychic Fair and Market. It will be open to the public for three and half hours, and admission will be free.
The plans for the afternoon include having a variety of psychic readers on hand for those who would like to explore life's mysterious side. Haunted History BC will be sharing ghostly love stories from across the province, and at least 50 artisans and other vendors will be setting up shop for the occasion. Food trucks will be rolling in for the afternoon, and door prize draws and a charity raffle have both been organized. As there will be no ATM on site, everyone is advised to bring cash.
To add an extra special dash of fun to the occasion, the first 200 to arrive will receive a scratch ticket to see they win a prize. A function that requires specialized printing services will be able to source them from local Print shops.
This midwinter afternoon of fun is scheduled to kick off at 2:30 pm on February 14th. The Albion Community Centre, located at 24165 104 Avenue in Maple Ridge, will be the venue for the occasion.
