The Maple Ridge detachment of the RCMP (Royal Canadian Mounted Police) will be opening its doors to the public for a sneak peek into its day-to-day operations, and the whole family is invited.
The detachment will be hosting its open house next week, and admission will be free. The event will celebrate the venue’s launch, and it is set to run for three hours.
This sneak peek will be held rain or shine, and it will be set up in the venue’s courtyard. It will kick off with an opening ceremony, and after this, the community partner booths and displays will be open for visitors. There will be officers and community group representatives on hand to meet, and everyone can learn about the RCMP’s canine services, view a variety of vehicles it uses, and discover how it uses forensics to solve crime. There will also be information provided about its Tac Troop.
There will be food trucks on hand, and other fun will be offered as well.
An open house activity provides a chance to access spaces that are usually closed to the public. Promotional products to distribute during events like this can be prepared by Print shops, and there is often a full line to choose from.
The Maple Ridge detachment of the RCMP will run its Open House afternoon on May 9. It will begin at 12:00 pm.Get a Free Quote for Print
