The magic of the holidays will be in full force during a Maple Ridge area celebration, and it is free for people of all ages to join in on the fun.
Santa has invited one and all to join him for a special evening at Spirit Square in Pitt Meadows, and the site will be transformed into a holiday village in honour of this special occasion. There will be a variety of activities on the agenda for the evening, and one of these will be a tree lighting.
Along with the lighting, guests at the function will be invited to enjoy visits with Santa, as well as snacks provided by local eateries. The Lion’s Club will be supplying hot dogs to feed the hungry crowd, and the holiday train will ferry passengers around the site. Live entertainment, a road hockey tournament and a maker’s gift market will round out the celebration.
Festive events can bring a community together in a spirit of fun. A poster printing company will be able to supply everything from marketing materials to backdrops for photo booths for such an event, and these can all help to make a function feel even more festive.
Christmas In Pitt Meadows is scheduled for December 3rd at Spirit Square. It will run from 5:30 pm until 8:30 pm.
