Maple Ridge schedules culinary celebration

An event that's described as being Maple Ridge’s signature culinary and farm festival will soon be celebrating the role the food service and agricultural sectors play, and it promises to be a festive affair.

Fields of Flavours will be taking over Golden Ears Cheesecrafters, located at 128 Avenue in Maple Ridge, and tickets start at $69.00, plus any applicable fees and taxes. It will be held during the evening hours.

The evening will shine a spotlight on the agricultural operations that can be found in and around the city, and there will be farmers and other growers on hand to meet and connect with. Chefs, beverage makers and other culinary artisans will also be participating, and sampling will be the order of the day. While they sip and savour, the guests can enjoy the views provided at the venue, and cooking demonstrations and other live entertainment will round out the occasion.

A tasting event like this gives a city's food service community a chance to shine. Tasting plates and glasses, printed Menus, booth backdrops and décor, and many other customized materials for such an occasion can all be prepared by a printing services company.

This year's Fields of Flavours will be treating Maple Ridge foodies to a special experience on September 21st. It will run from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm.
