Maple Ridge ranch schedules holiday fun
A horse ranch that calls Maple Ridge home has invited its families to skip the long lines at the mall and enjoy a relaxed winter holiday experience.
Timberline Ranch will be running its Timberline Country Christmas throughout much of December. The venue covers an area of 73 acres, and it will be transformed into a special, light-up experience. Tickets will be between $12.00 and $27.00 each, depending on the person’s age and the date booked.
Those who purchase a ticket can enjoy viewing the decorated trees, as well as the twinkling light displays. Interactive scenes will be prepared, and music will help keep the atmosphere festive and fun. Visitors can vote for their favourite tree, and there will be exhibits that explore the origins of some well-loved seasonal traditions. A cookie baker, covered wagon rides, petting zoo, indoor maze, a ball pit with a snow theme and lots of photo ops will all be part of the experience. Pony rides will be available for an additional charge.
The winter holiday season often brings families together, and venues that plan special activities will be able to count on area banner printing companies to supply them with everything from signage for display to floor graphics, posters and other marketing materials.
This year's Timberline Country Christmas will open on December 5th and wrap up on December 22nd.
