Chilliwack’s 3-Day Christmas Market will be holding its 9th edition this November, looking to appeal to early holiday shoppers.
The market will showcase over 100 businesses from throughout the Fraser Valley. Popular items at the market include handmade gifts and home decor, fashionable clothes, sweets, beauty products, and more. Vendors are selected from online applications and announced in the lead-up to the festival. The market will also be hosting food trucks on location for those looking to enjoy lunch or just get a hot drink to warm up. All attendees can enter to receive one of over 100 door prizes from local businesses. All proceeds from the raffle draw will be given to local charities.
The Christmas Market has become a tradition in Chilliwack, with previous editions including vendors such as Mike’s Woodworking, Mylk & Honey Coffee Supply, and G’s Donairs. Markets such as this provide an opportunity for local businesses to reach new customers, and are often promoted through flyer printing, local media coverage and other methods. The event is hosted by the Valley Markets organization, and promotional material stresses the chance to shop local.
The 9th Annual 3-Day Christmas Market will take place from November 3 to 5 at the Sports Landing Centre in Chilliwack. The market will be open on Friday evening and in the afternoons during the weekend.
