Major outdoors show headed to Chilliwack

This March will see the BC Outdoors Show come to the Fraser Valley, offering a combination of activities and vendors aimed at lovers of the outdoors.

The show will feature a variety of displays and hands-on experiences, including a family zone for young visitors. There will be a number of vehicles on display and for sale, including boats, recreational vehicles (RVs), and all-terrain vehicles (ATVs).

The show grounds will feature a number of exhibitors and vendors associated with various outdoor hobbies, including Port Boat House Limited, KUIU outdoor gear makers, and Brown’s Bay Resort cabins and fishing services. Last year’s edition of the event attracted over 10,000 visitors across three days and boasted of being the biggest such event in British Columbia.

The Outdoor Show will also feature seminars and presentations by outdoors experts and TV personalities, with a more detailed line-up to be announced. It is hosted in part by Sportsman Channel Canada and will feature a Sportsman Lounge area, as well as events designed to appeal to visitors interested in a diverse range of activities, including archery, conservation, and travel. Outdoor shows such as this are typically advertised through tools such as banner printing and social media, and are a popular way to prepare for summer activities.

The 2023 BC Outdoors Show will take place at Chilliwack Heritage Park from March 24 to 26.
