Chilliwack Cultural Centre offers a wide selection of classes and other creative opportunities, and it has scheduled a painting class with adults in mind.
Everyone who takes part in the Canvas and Cabernet class will learn some new painting techniques. It can be enjoyed by almost anyone, even if they have never picked up a paintbrush before.
Instructor Pat Gerlach will be teaching some of the fundamental techniques of painting. Each registrant will be able to create their own masterpiece to take home, and they will be able to use the skills they learn to paint with acrylics, oils or watercolours. All of the materials needed for the project will be supplied, and everyone will be treated to a glass of merlot while they work. The ticket price for the evening is $78.
A function like this gives friends a chance to get together for an evening of fun, and a poster printing company will have a variety of ways to get the word out about it to the local community. An eye-catching design will ensure the Posters receive lots of attention.
