Chilliwack to spring into new season with makers market

Chilliwack is proud to be home to a diverse group of crafters and other markers, and these creatives will be showcasing their wares during an upcoming pop-up market.

The Vintage Barn Market will kick off the spring season with a day of shopping in support of local small businesses. The function will take place in The Chilliwack Heritage Park, and at least 100 vendors are expected to be on site for the activity.

Members of the public who stop by will be able to browse through everything from vintage and upcycled items to handmade clothing, baby gear, toiletries, crafts and even food. Local small businesses will have booths set up, and it is anticipated that it will draw crowds from all across the Fraser Valley. The admission fee is set at $7, and full weekend passes are available for $13, but they must be purchased online ahead of the three-day market.

Companies that have custom Business Cards and other marketing items prepared in advance will be ready to participate in pop-markets like this when they occur, which can be a real time saver.

The 2022 Vintage Barn Market springtime session will run from April 29th until May 1st. Its Facebook listing offers a link to purchase tickets in advance, as well as additional information for those interested.
