Chilliwack tech events to continue next month
Next month, the monthly ‘Chilliwack. Tech’ meetups are set to take place in the city.
Chilliwack. Tech is a group that brings locals involved in tech start-ups together. This community-based group is involved with the Chilliwack Innovation Network. These programs help to support entrepreneurs, new business owners and experienced owners of local tech businesses through constructive meetings, educational events and discussions.
For the next Chilliwack. Tech meetup, HS GovTech’s President, Joseph Willmott, will be a featured guest. Participants will have the opportunity to learn about how Willmott developed and grew a profitable career in working as an executive and business consultant in the tech industry. Poster printing can be an effective way for the hosts of meetups to create event announcement printouts that grab the attention of people interested in registering.
The meetup will be held at Cowork Chilliwack, which serves as a venue for similar events and functions as a workspace for local freelancers and entrepreneurs.
Event tickets are available to buy on Eventbrite at $18 per person. Students can purchase tickets at the discounted rate of $13 per individual. To eat and drink, choices of a wrap or pizza, and wine or beer, are included in admission costs.
The next Chilliwack. Tech meetup is scheduled to run between 5:30 pm and 8:00 pm on Tuesday, June 21.
