Tom Jackson to host Burnaby area concert

A Canadian First Nations actor, singer and storyteller who has a long tradition of hosting holiday fundraising concerts for the homeless has an event on the way for the Burnaby area, and tickets for the evening are on offer now.

Tom Jackson has been one of the major organizers and performers of the annual the Huron Carole for many years, and this benefit has raised a lot of money for food banks and other causes. The Massey Theatre recently announced that it will be welcoming his 2022 production entitled “Stories, Songs and Santa Causes”, and it will be suitable for all ages.

The function, which will provide a festive start to the holiday season, will include popular favourites for the crowd to sing along with, and there will also be new pieces performed. The talents of Tom McKillip, who is a producer and musician, will also be involved in the production, and the planners of the event hope that it will add a touch of levity to the season.

Those who organize performances like this often choose to order souvenir programs for the audience members to keep. These can be produced by local Stationery printers.

Tickets for the “Stories, Songs and Santa Cause” are on offer now, and the show will take place on November 25th. The Massey Theatre can be found at 735 Eighth Avenue in New Westminster.
