St. Albert market to offer pretty holiday gifts

Two local entrepreneurs will be holding the Hello Pretty Holiday Market in St. Albert in the coming month, offering a variety of cozy holiday gifts.

The market focuses on unique and artisanal items such as handmade fashion accessories, home decor items, and more. There will be a Kids’ Area for young visitors featuring sensory activities by local company Grasp Kits. Over 50 vendors will be present, offering products like The OG’s tallow moisturizer, Udderly Unravelled knit caps, and Princess Pea Boutique stuffed holiday tree toys. There will also be food and drink vendors offering holiday-style fare to warm up the winter atmosphere. Musical performers and buskers have also been invited to add holiday cheer to the market.

The Holiday Market is a special edition of the Hello Pretty market series, which aims to offer picturesque products from the local creators. Marketplaces such as this provide a way for artisans to connect with businesses through Business Cards, special promotional items, and social media connections. The event series was founded by two local female entrepreneurs and “business besties”, who say they wanted to benefit the local community:

“Sharing a love for pretty things and shopping our small business community, it was only natural we wanted to bring all the pretty to one market.”

The Hello Pretty Holiday Market will take place on November 25 and 26 at St. Basil’s Cultural Centre and December 2 at Red Willow Place in St. Albert.
