The evening will feature a performance by professional illusionist and mentalist Rob Dante, performing both a stage show and up-close roaming magic with a touch of the Valentine’s Day theme. Refreshments will include hors d’ouevres, a dessert bar, and a cash bar for drinks. The St. Albert Singers and local musicians will also be providing live music and an open dance floor.
Attendees will also be able to take place in raffles for prizes and a number of games, including “Singo.” The event, marketed as “Spellbound: A Night of Romance, Magic and Mystery” is aimed at couples looking to enjoy the occasion, friends having a night out, or anyone aiming to make a connection.
Proceeds from the event will go towards the St. Albert Singers Community Choir, a group that welcomes people of any and all abilities and skill levels to practice and improve their singing. Organizations often use methods like special events and brochure printing to help raise awareness and funds in their community. The Singers’ website encourages audiences to:
“Immerse yourself in the beauty of choral music with our talented singers. From classical to contemporary, our repertoire will captivate audiences of all ages.”
“Spellbound” will take place on the evening of February 14 at the St. Albert Inn & Suites.
