Award-winning country artist headed to St. Albert

Multi-platinum recording artist Terri Clark will be visiting St. Albert this December for a special holiday concert.

The show will see the Alberta-born Clark playing her biggest hits alongside her takes on holiday standards. Clark is best known for her country hits in the 1990s and early 2000s, including chart-toppers “If I Were You, Poor Pitiful Me”, and “Emotional Girl”. She will also be drawing on her holiday album “It’s Christmas... Cheers!”, which included renditions of classics like “I’ll Be Home for Christmas”. Clark is also known for hosting the radio show Country Gold since 2016. Advertising for the show highlights Clark’s live performance skills, noting that she is:

“Known for giving concertgoers her all on stage.”

The St. Albert Show is part of Clark’s “It’s Christmas... Cheers!” tour, which will see her traveling across Western Canada, with several stops in Albert, before performing at Nashville’s legendary Grand Ole Opry. Holiday shows such as this are typically promoted through festive flyer printing and local media advertising, offering music fans the chance to celebrate and see their favourite artists in a different light. For Clark, this is also a chance to provide a proper tour for the holiday album, which could not take place in 2020.

Terri Clark will perform in St. Albert on December 6 at The Arden Theatre. The theatre will also be hosting a number of other holiday events throughout December.
