Airdrie market to provide plenty of gift ideas
The Airdrie chapter of the Boys and Girls Club will be bringing back a popular holiday tradition to the area, and this festive activity offers a fun way to kick off the holidays.
The organization will be giving everyone a chance to both start and finish their holiday shopping during a market-style activity that will feature local artisan and crafters. In previous years, this event has been quite popular, and it includes a special area for kids to purchase items within their price range.
As well as providing an opportunity for local crafters and makers to connect with the public, the celebration will boast a selection of holiday trees for sale. In the “Mrs. Claus Kids Zone”, the younger shoppers will find a selection of inexpensive gift ideas, and the monies raised will benefit the community in a variety of ways. The organizers are hoping that there will be lots of people willing to volunteer for the function, and sponsors are being sought as well.
Planners of events like this often make use of banner printing services and order other festive décor to decorate a venue.
The public is invited to attend the Airdrie Boys and Girls Club’s Annual Holiday Market on December 4th and 5th. The venue will be released soon, and anyone who would like to find out more about its sponsorship and volunteer opportunities can do so on its website.
