An event that caters to Airdrie meat lovers will soon be putting beef front and centre, and it will provide an opportunity to enjoy a selection of premium cuts.
Ribeye Butcher Shop’s Airdrie location has set the date for its Steak Flight Night, which will offer an opportunity to taste test a variety of premium cuts. Canadian beef and Japanese A5 Wagyu will both be on the menu, and it will be an intimate, butcher-led experience.
The meal will start off with a steak tartare starter, and this will be followed by a second course of Canadian cooked ribeye served with a creamy spinach side. The third course will showcase a trio of steaks, including hanger, flat iron and skirt, and they will be offered alongside scalloped potatoes. A Wagyu ribeye and sauteed mushrooms will make up the fourth course. Even the dessert will incorporate beef, as it will consist of a tallow chocolate torte. Wine pairings may be purchased, and only a set number of tickets are available.
A special dining experience may call for custom Drinkware that is just as sumptuous. Print shops can craft keepsake glasses that can be kept as a memento of an event.
