Ancient cultures have been practising therapeutic sounds for centuries, as they are believed to promote spirituality, healing and relaxation, as well as helping to reduce physical pain and induce a sense of clarity and restorative energy.
Lyndal is the sound healing practitioner that will be running the classes in Bibra Lake. She is particularly passionate about sound healing as she explained that it has had a profound effect on her life. A recent reviewer of one of her workshops said:
“Lyndal is an incredible healer who holds space with a unique blend of magic, heart and passion.”
Participants may come away from the class with an improved sense of wellbeing and peace.
Practitioners may use the services of local printers in order to produce Business Cards as a means of advertising themselves in the community.
