A new venue from the sports bar chain Varsity has opened a new set of doors recently in Liege Street, Innaloo, not far from Balcatta.
The chain, well known for its American themed bars, beers and burgers, launched in 2013 and the Liege Street location is its eighth in Perth, joining sister venues in Joondalup, Freemantle, Morley, Northshore Tavern, Northbridge, Waterford, and Nedlands, which homed the first one to open 10 years ago.
The newest Innaloo bar boasts an outside dining area as well as a venue inside which is decorated by local artist Hartley Design and Muralist. It features murals of famous actors such as Adam Sandler and Will Ferrell in scenes from some of their classic movies.
There are also other new features such as pool tables, large screens, a theatre, and event spaces which can be hired for functions that would be supported by flyer printing in nearby Balcatta.
According to the website, Varsity Innaloo is also right next to Event Cinemas, which makes the area particularly popular for date nights, family nights, or nights out with friends.
The menu is full of big burgers, various fries, nachos, beef, pizza and wings. There is an abundance of vegan options, meaning there is something for everyone at Varsity Innaloo. It is open from 11am until late daily, and home delivery is also available.
