Demand for premium Business Cards and Presentation Folders is likely to rise in the near future following the completion of Stage 3 of the Mirrabooka redevelopment.
The project, undertaken by the City of Stirling via contractor Ertech Pty Ltd on land provided by the Housing Authority, has effectively opened up more opportunities for private investment in the area. This, according to Mayor Cr. Giovanni Italiano, is great news for residents, including those in neighbouring Balcatta.
Thanks to a $5m investment by Council, along with contributions from the Public Transport Authority and Department of Lands and Planning, the major works have given the green light to additional private investment in the Mirrabooka Town Centre, he said.
Mayor Italiano added that the centre now hosted a new main street that connected Sudbury Road with Chesterfield Road.
A cyclist and pedestrian-friendly streetscape was now available and two new development sites have been established which are intended to be made available for purchase next year, according to the mayor, who said that the Mirrabooka Library forecourt also hosted a new community meeting area featuring public art and a place from which food vehicles could operate in the future.
Mayor Italiano said the Mirrabooka town centre’s revitalisation paved the way for major growth in the future, both with private investment and residential development. He said the $26m invested in the centre during the past seven years has "breathed new life" into the sector.Get a Free Quote for Business Cards Get a Free Quote for Presentation Folders
