A touch of motoring luxury has arrived in Osborne Park, Western Australia, with the official launch of a new Rolls Royce showroom.
Barbagallo, renowned as a luxury car dealership, will host the state’s first Rolls showroom and, according to reports, principal Vince Barbagallo could not be more delighted.
He said the brand offered a top model range that represented cool, contemporary luxury at its best. The brand also provided an opportunity for customers to personalise their vehicles through the Rolls-Royce Bespoke program.
Although out of the price range of many motoring enthusiasts, the Rolls models are much admired, starting with the entry level $645,000 Ghost Saloon.
Rolls-Royce has recently introduced its Wraith model into the market, and claims the vehicle’s appeal is reaching a broader audience – including some who had never considered a Rolls in the past, according to company spokesman Dan Balmer.
The arrival in Australia of the fastest-ever Ghost model coincided with the Perth launch of the new showroom.
It is described as a limited-edition version of the Ghost Saloon, and dubbed the V-Specification.
For motor heads, the two-tonne-plus vehicle can reach 100km/h in 4.9 seconds.
Options include visible chrome exhausts and a choice of colours, such as ‘infinity black’, ‘article white’, ‘black kirsch’, ‘black sapphire’ and ‘graphite’. The current price tag is $748,100.
The cars are often advertised by brochure printers around the world.
