An American thrash band will soon be bringing their latest tour to West Melbourne.
Metalheads in the area will therefore get chance to mosh, as the inner-city suburb will be extending a warm welcome to the thrash metal icons Anthrax as part of their latest tour of Australia.
The gig in West Melbourne is one of just four select dates, with the other concerts occurring at the Fortitude Music Hall in Brisbane, the Enmore Theatre in Sydney and the Hindley Street Music Hall in Adelaide.
Major music venues hosting international acts often look to experienced banner printing services to create largescale signage that promotes bands coming to play for the public.
Founded in New York, Anthrax have enjoyed critical success with more than 10 million albums sold around the world. Today, they are regarded as one of the four biggest thrash bands to ever exist alongside metal legends like Slayer, Megadeth and Metallica.
The upcoming show will see the band perform some fresh material from their recently recorded studio album alongside a setlist full of famous tracks that may include “Bring the Noise”, “Antisocial”, “Caught in a Mosh” and “Madhouse”.
Anthrax will now perform live in concert at the Festival Hall on Thursday, March 26. The historic live music venue is easy to find on 300 Dudley Street in West Melbourne.
