Rebecca O’Connor will bring the songs of Tina Turner to the Victorian stage next month in her Simply The Best tribute show.
The popular tribute artist will launch her 2023 World Tour at Crown Melbourne, and the new show promises to deliver Tina Turner’s greatest hits. Rebecca O’Connor hails from County Cork, Ireland. She joined a band in her teenage years and began singing Tina Turner songs, before going on to win the ‘Stars in Their Eyes’ competition that was televised worldwide. She now tours with her own musicians and dancers.
The Simply The Best Tina Turner tribute show will be held at The Palms on Level 3 at Crown Melbourne, which can be found at 8 Whiteman Street, Southbank, on Friday November 17th. Doors open at 6:45pm, with the first song set beginning at 7:30pm. There will be a twenty-minute interval, with the show finishing at 10pm.
