Merits of regional Victoria on show in Melbourne

West Melbourne residents who are thinking about a move to a more rural outlook, or just fancy visiting some of Victoria's other areas, will find plenty of inspiration at the upcoming Regional Victoria Living Expo.

The event will feature representatives from across rural and regional Victoria, each extolling the virtues of their particular area. The exhibitors include recruiters offering career opportunities and local councils from each region.

There will be a number of seminars taking place throughout the weekend covering aspects of moving to another area, such as education, business and housing options, as well as special areas dedicated to sport, arts and culture, and Victoria’s regional food and drink.

Visitors can also enter a number of competitions during the show, including the chance for a team to train with the Melbourne Vixens netball squad, and for a child to be the Geelong Cats mascot for a day.

No doubt each region will be hoping to look the best, and poster printing and banner printing can help promote the highlights of each area. Print companies can also help to create products to give away, such as branded Notepads or Postcards.

The expo is being held at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre and is open from 10am to 5pm on Friday 11th April and Saturday 12th April, and from 10am to 4pm on Sunday 13th April. Entry is free.
