Youngsters and the young at heart alike can soon enjoy a music and dance-filled evening that has Korean pop music (K-pop) as its inspiration.
With Korean and New Zealand heritage, Rina Chae will be using her skills as a K-pop expert, dancer and choreographer to direct the show.
Chae has performed internationally with pop luminaries such as Justin Bieber and Beyoncé, and has contributed heavily to the K-pop industry, as well as being seen as hugely instrumental in firmly entrenching the K-pop dance culture within Australasia.
Chae has also hosted the reality show K-Pop Academy NZ for all four seasons.
Having sold out most of its 19 shows in New Zealand, K-Pop Live is now set to tour Australia. All the well-known K-Pop groups will be represented, such as BTS, Blackpink and Stray Kids. The setlist is likely to include fan favourites such as Gangnam Style, Golden and Soda Pop.
With spectacular costumes and accomplished choreography, the show is said to be high energy and bound to enthuse the audience.
