Locals in Shepparton are preparing for an arts festival coming to the area in August.
The Shepparton Winter Weekend event is a highlight of the region. It celebrates the creativity of the local community.
Attendees can enjoy visual arts, music, performance, workshops and food during the three-day festival.
This year, the festival will include a Regional Art Fair. This inaugural festival feature will give artists the opportunity to exhibit their works and also to sell them to festival-goers.
The Fair will build on the success of the 2024 Festival’s Mini Mart, and will run on the last two days of the festival.

The Shepparton Winter Weekend will be held from Friday, 22 August to Sunday, 24 August. The main venue will be the Shepparton Showgrounds on the High Street of Shepparton. There will also be activities and events held across town. The Art Fair will be held in the Macintosh Centre at the Showgrounds. It will run from 10:00 AM until 4:00 PM on Saturday, and from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Sunday. A full festival program will be released soon.
