Email workshop for creative minds to be held in Prahran

A workshop will be held later this month on the topic of emailing and how to use it effectively as a marketing tool.

May Michaels will be running the session, as part of the marketing kickstart idea that was developed to assist businesses, particularly in the creative fields, with ideas to improve client communications.

The day will include the basics of MailChimp. This is a free-to-use email provider that can be used by businesses for up to 2,000 subscribers and allows companies to directly communicate with the target audience via text, links and images.

A focus will be on the creation and ownership of business Mailing Lists, which is often overlooked by businesses as a means to promote and advertise their services. Business can also use Promotional Products as a way of advertising.

This workshop will be for small groups and is designed to give the most information in a short time, as well as being affordable. Attendees should be able to take the information provided on the day and begin immediately on creating a personalised Mailing list to begin communicating with clients.

The Email Marketing for Creatives workshop will be held on Sunday 21st July from 4:30pm until 6pm at in.cube8r in Prahran. The cost for the day will be between $46 to $57 per person.
