The Kieser movement is a strength training protocol that uses specialist machines. Developed by Werner Kieser in 1967 in Switzerland, it is especially beneficial in helping to resolve neck and back issues and also improving overall posture. His aim was helping people lead longer and happier lives by focusing on strength, saying:
“We cannot prevent getting older, but we can prevent being weaker.”
Dennis Keiser designed the first variable resistance machines, latterly being joined by his brother Randy, together forming the Keiser Corporation. Using these machines, participants undertake two 30-minute session per week, with the goal of reaching muscle fatigue towards the end of the set. There are now many Keiser groups across Australia.
The organisers of festive events may choose to use local printing services to produce advertising materials within the community.
