Essendon to host three-week yoga course

Getting fit in the Essendon area will be easier with a yoga course that is set up to welcome all levels.

At the first session of the yoga course, attendees will be introduced to the foundations and practice of this ancient movement. This will help to provide a life system (sadhana) that engenders harmony and helps dissipate tension and can be carried forward into everyday life.

Beginners will learn the philosophy of yoga techniques and concepts. Those currently studying will be able to achieve the next level of practice and thus elevate their current yoga experience. Yoga teachers can use the course as a refresher experience that will help them with imparting their knowledge of best practice to their students. The intimate course is capped at ten participants so it is easy to learn and ask for specific advice.

The rest of the course is split into Pranayama on 13th February and Mantra on 20th February.

Advertising for wellbeing-type courses may often be advertised within the community by using local printing services.

Yoga Club – Foundation 1 Immersion is taking place on Friday 6th February, from 6.30pm until 8.30pm. The venue is the At One Studio, 127 Buckley Street, Essendon. This is the start of a three-week program and is suitable for beginners, current devotees and yoga teachers. Tickets cost from $277 for all sessions.
