Small Business Bus to stop in Epping

The Victorian Government’s Small Business Bus will roll into Epping in November offering free mentoring and assistance.

The initiative is open to eligible individuals and businesses to help them with planning, starting or growing their business.

Experienced professionals will provide free business mentoring on board the bus. Mentors are skilled across a variety of business areas including business planning, disaster recovery, strategy development, organisational development, human resources, finance and marketing. Local Print shops can also provide marketing ideas and advice to new and existing businesses.

Mentoring sessions are confidential and provided by volunteers with extensive personal experience in small business and expertise from senior management levels in a corporate environment.

The Small Business Bus is designed to help develop business capabilities and ideas. A mentor can help develop an action plan to achieve goals, identify a clear business direction and discuss key priorities and issues. Advice is also available regarding viability, understanding cash flow management and setting goals and objectives to achieve business growth.

Sessions are 45 minutes and can be tailored to address specific business needs. Places are limited and will fill fast. The Small Business Bus will be located at the Urban Diner Piazza, Pacific Epping Shopping Centre, 583 Hight Street Epping on 27 November. Bookings are essential, further details can be found on the City of Whittlesea website.
