Epping poised for real estate boom, according to analyst

Epping has been named among the Melbourne suburbs with most potential in a new real estate report.

The research from real estate expert Terry Ryder, who founded the property website Hotspotting, earmarks Epping as an area where property values could increase in the future. The suburb was one of four Melbourne locations that could turn into boom areas, especially if there was further investment in infrastructure, Mr Ryder told News.com.au.

Real estate agent Josh Allison, the director of Mill Park Harcourts, told the website that Epping was good value for money. He said:

“Prices in Bundoora and Preston have increased to the point where you get a lot more value for money up the road here in Epping. I think it's still an undervalued area, and there's a lot more room for it to grow.”

Mr Allison said more investors were showing interest in suburbs such as Epping, as well as traditional homebuyers.

Epping was also recently named as a population and building hotspot in a report by the Housing Industry Association.

With the local real estate market looking as though it will grow, it may be a good time for investors to buy in Epping. Flyer printing can be a cost-effective way of letting residents know that people are looking to buy property in the area.
